SHIPPING POLICY

Due to the recent rise of the cost of Royal Mail Special Delivery to £8.35 (under 100g) and £9.35 (over 100g), I am now charging a standard £4 towards this cost for all U.K. orders. Full price items will be sent Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed to arrive next day by 1pm). Sale price items are sent First Class Signed For.

International shipping is charged at £12. 

Shipping to the EU update

On 13th December 2024, GPSR (General Product Safety Regulations) came into law for any product made in the UK selling to the EU and NI. The requirements for products to comply to these regulations are a paid yearly certificate and a responsible representative in the EU. Unfortunately for a small business like mine these requirements and the ensuing costs mean that I will not be able to sell to the EU while the current rules apply. This decision is made with much regret and I am sorry if it affects any of my customers.

DELIVERY

Delivery time is approximately 2-7 working days from date order taken, but this can vary depending on whether the item is in stock or whether it is a very busy time of year. I can usually accommodate!

PAYMENT

Orders through my website can be paid for by card or Paypal. I can also accept cheques or Bacs payments if the order is made by email or by phone, however I cannot accept a card payment over the phone.

RETURNS

If an item needs to be returned, please return within 14 days in the same box and a full refund will be issued. Returns postage must be paid for by the customer. If the item is faulty and the customer wants it repaired/replaced, all postage costs will be covered by me.

Whenever you make a purchase from me you are entering into a contract with me and enabling me to use your personal data to process the purchase.

I, as the 'Controller' of personal data for Penny Warren Jewellery collect your name, address and email for this purpose. This information is not passed onto a third party for marketing purposes and is held on secure servers.
